Class of 2010 Graduates

The Class of 2010 held its graduation ceremony on Sunday, May 23, at 3:00 p.m. in the MJSHS gymnasium. Seniors Charlie Lynn and Keegan McCullick announced the senior students whose parents or grandparents were MHS alumni. Seniors Caleb Kindall and Logan Wedel addressed the class with a humorous recall of what they learned from their years in high school.
Karla Arellano, MJSHS Lunch Room Secretary, was the featured speaker for the event. "Karla", as she is known to most of the students, spoke of what the future holds for these graduates and left them with her own words of wisdom as they move forward in life.
Musicians for the ceremony included seniors Tyrel Owens, John Corman, and Trevor Girard with a guitar trio. The MHS band also played a special song during the event, as well as provided music while the graduates entered and exited the gymnasium. After receiving diplomas, the Class for 2010 celebrated with silly string!
