MHS Forensics Team Wins League Championship

The Minneapolis High School Forensics Team competed in the NCAA League Tournament on Wednesday, April 7, 2010.  Team sweepstakes results were:  Minneapolis, 1st with 172 points; Republic County, 2nd with 144 points; and Southeast of Saline, 3rd with 11 points.

    Extemporaneous Speech:

        Trystan Bingham-6th

Others competing and earning sweepstakes points were Meredith Clark, Quinton Church, Holly Gehrke, and Kaitlyn Cassel. 

 

Coaches Comment:

"Because our league is so strong and competitive, it is always fun to win it. The team has worked hard and I appreciate their talent and dedication," commented Coach Bergman.

Next Action:

    Minneapolis will host an invitational on April 17th.
